Personal assistant: We are affiliated with Hidden Disabilities Sunflower and provide assistance to people with non-visible disabilities upon presentation of the keycord. Holders of a Public Transport Companion Card can bring one companion free of charge to the performance upon presentation of the card. Disability Parking Permit: For residents of Amsterdam holding a National Parking Exemption (LPO) or a European Disability Parking Card (EGP), free parking applies. For visitors to the city, a day ticket is available. This can be collected from Cition Parking Management.

ITA is well accessible for wheelchair users. There are adapted lifts and adapted toilets. Spaces are reserved in the halls for wheelchair users and their companions. These places can be booked by phone at the booking office +31 (0)20 624 23 11 or via email. Mobility scooters are not allowed for safety reasons. For transport to the halls, you can use a loan wheelchair. For those who have difficulty walking, it is good to know that the distance from the lift to the Rabozaal is quite a considerable walk.

Subtitling: Foreign language performances are subtitled in Dutch. The Dutch subtitles are readable from any seat in the hall. On Thursdays, we offer English subtitles for our ITA Ensemble performances. Please note, this English subtitles may not be visible from every seat. In the Rabozaal, the subtitles are readable from row 9 and above, and in the Grote zaal on the parterre middle from row 9 and above, the 1st balcony middle, and the 2nd balcony middle. During the purchasing process, it will be indicated whether a seat has a view of the subtitles or not. We recommend visitors who depend on subtitles to follow the instructions so that you can view both the stage and the subtitles at a glance.
